The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation – Office of Policy and Sustainable Practices (OPSP) invites you to join us for the third webinar in our webinar series “Navigating the Hierarchy of Food Recovery”, which features four distinct webinars focusing on the different management strategies laid out by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Food Recovery Hierarchy.

Our third webinar will be focused on food waste diversion, with speakers discussing anerobic digestion, large scale composting, and backyard composting, and the benefits of each strategy as well as what might be best for your home, business, and community. OPSP will be joined by TDEC, The Compost Fairy in Memphis, and University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
