For our second Food & Beverage roundtable of 2022, Massachusetts will present results of their EPA Healthy Communities grant of 2020 focused on process improvements and P2 at F&B facilities in New England. A Lean approach was used to focus on projects to reduce water, energy, and chemical use as well as food waste reduction.
We look forward to a conversation following the short presentation by Joy Onasch on the Lean Manufacturing and Pollution Prevention in the Food and Beverage Sector for Healthy Communities grant.
