Join the Leadership & Voluntary Programs Workgroup for a crowdsourcing call. What's a crowdsourcing call? It's an opportunity to put our Leadership & Voluntary Program heads together to share best practices, discuss solutions to speedbumps, and ask other program leaders questions.

We will start the discussion with the following questions:

Renewal Timing: What's the frequency each member has to renew? Are renewals staggered throughout the year?
Our agency is updating its internal database. Currently our EMS based program is incorporated into the same database as the regulatory side of the agency. Are others set up this way? Does anyone currently use Oracle's Permitting and Licensing Software? Any tips on connecting the voluntary programs to regulatory programs?
Recognition & Promotion: What types of recognition and promotional items do you provide?
