Join the Food & Beverage Workgroup for a Beginners session on Chemical Alternatives. This workshop is designed for P2 Professionals with no previous experience with chemical data sheets or safer alternatives, interested in supporting this work in the food and beverage industry. We will cover what to look for on-site at food & beverage facilities, what questions to ask, and what specific common chemical processes you may be able to provide alternatives for. We will also walk through safety data sheets, and provide a detailed review of how to use TURI's tool, P2Oasys, as a beginner to get recommendations for alternatives.
