NPPR Training Series - 2020

Attend a webinar to celebrate P2 Week and NPPR's P2U Kickoff on September 22, 2020 from 1:30-3:00 p.m. EDT to learn more about this virtual training series.  Through a newly developed partnership, Pollution Prevention University (P2U) is brought to you by NPPR and EPA Region 4.

Monthly webinars will focus on topic ideas submitted and prioritized by NPPR members. Suggested topics already under consideration include: food and beverage manufacturing; chemical substitution/greener alternatives; innovative technologies for P2 technical assistance; and, behavior change/mentoring, among others.

P2U topic suggestions for consideration on future trainings are currently being accepted via the following form:

Do you know an individual, project, or program that is worthy of a Most Valuable Pollution Prevention (MVP2) Award?  Nominate them TODAY!

Nominate an individual for:

Nominate a business or organization for:
  • Best P2 Project or Program for reductions of material use, waste, water, energy, natural resources, or air emissions
  • Best P2 Multimedia for reductions of harmful impacts to all environmental media: to land, air, and water, and workers and consumers

Members of NPPR may nominate at no charge. There is a $50 fee for non-members.

Applications should be no longer than two pages, unless otherwise noted. The deadline for submitting for this year's awards is July 31, 2021. We will announce the award winners during P2 Week in September.
